Creating an auction doesn't obligate you to use the services of a particular real estate agent, requires no committments and is 100% free and anonymous. Simply tell us about the the property you are looking to buy or sell such as property location, estimated purchase/sale price, buying/selling time frame, number of bedrooms, etc. and you'll be well on your way to maximmizing your buyer agent's rebate and listing commission discount.

  • Real Estate Agent Sells a HouseOnce you create a cashback and/or listing commission auction, real estate agents in your area are notified of your auction and are able to view general information about the property you are looking to buy or sell. Note that agents do not have access to your personal and contact information during the anonymous bidding process, so you'll never be contacted by an agent unless you accept their bid. All auctions have the initial time frame of 7 days, but maybe extended if require more time.

    Once you start receiving bids from your local agents, you may view their bid details (i.e. cashback and/or listing commission rebate they are willing to offer in your situation), as well as agen't profile information such as their professional experience, education background, main areas serviced, ratio of home buyers to sellers, and client reviews. At this stage, if you have any questions or need more information about a bid from a particular agent, you may contact them for clarification/additional info through their profile page

  • Once you've had an opportunity to review the bids from your local agents and get familiar with their profiles, you have the option of accepting a bid, or multiple bids from the agent(s) whose bid(s) and professional background information best suit your needs. Since agent's experience level is an important factor in addition to their corresponding cashback and/or listing commission bid, you have the option of accepting any bid(s) you've received during the auction and not just the highest bidder. Note that accepting a bid doesn't obligate you to work with any particular agent - at this stage you are only indicating your willinness to be contacted by the agent regarding their cashback and/or listing commission bid.

    After you accept a bid, or multiple bids in your cashback and/or listing commission auction, you'll be contacted by the bidders you selected and work out the details of your buyer's agent and/or seller's agent agreement and start the process of locating your next dream home or marketing your existing property.
